Refund policy
At Chaah-e-meeran, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Note: For men’s clothing, any item that has been washed will strictly not be accepted for return.
- It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at chaahemeeran@gmail.com.
- Shipping Address: Once your return is authorized, our support team will provide you with the specific return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
- Shipping Labels: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
4. Shipping Fees
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., we sent the wrong item or the product is defective), Chaah-e-meeran will cover all shipping costs.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Washed Clothing: Any apparel that has been laundered.
- Perishable goods: (food, flowers, plants).
- Custom/Personalized products: (special orders).
- Personal care goods: (beauty products).
- Hazardous materials: (flammable liquids or gases).
- Sale items and Gift Cards.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
