Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Chaah-E-Meeran. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship within Pakistan, and our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

*Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high-demand seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Charges

As per our store policy, shipping charges are paid by the customer at the time of purchase or delivery. However, if an exchange or return is required due to an error on our part (faulty or wrong product), Chaah-E-Meeran will cover the shipping costs.

5. Damages & Loss

Chaah-E-Meeran is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we focus on serving our customers within Pakistan. We do not offer standard international shipping through the website at this time. For special inquiries, please contact our support team.
